This is in reply to your letter dated February 12, 1981, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all documents relating to the consideration, planning, execution or utilization of the two studies by P. Slovic, et. al., and E. J. Walsh mentioned in your letter. You also requested that we provide you with a copy of the studies themselves as well as copies of all reports, memoranda, correspondence, work papers, minutes of meetings, and staff papers based on these studies.
In your telephone conversation with Mr. Frank W. Karas of my staff on March 20,1981, you were informed that we are continuing our search for the documents you requested, and that we are sending you three other documents we have located. Accordingly, a copy of each of the following is enclosed:
