Dear Dr. Denton:
Dr. Dade Moeller Professor at the Harvard School of Public Health, has shared with me a copy of a document entitled, "Three Mile Island Telephone Survey," bearing your cover let-ter dated September 27, 1979.
The " Survey" itself is dated September 24, 1979.
The study was done under contract # NRC-04-78-192 by Socihl Impact Research, Inc., and Mountain West Research, Inc.
I cm writing to obtain permission to quote the statistics provided in the " Survey" in a paper I hope to publish.
The paper was prepared as part of a course with Dr. Moeller.
Although the document I have seen is labelled.as " preliminary",
Dr. Moeller felt that the statistics sould not be revised.
If there is a final report with different figures, I would appreciate learning how I may receive a copy.
I would also appreciate learning the addresses of the authors if you feel it would be necessary to receive permission from them as well.
