Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company-(SCE&G), acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, herewith forwards forty-five (45) copies of a report entitled " Supplemental Investigation - Service Water Pond West Embankment". This report is submitted in response to the Staff request for additional information concerning the west embankment investigation and service water line survey as outlined in our previous letters dated 12/5/80 and 1/16/81.
This repor2 is submitted to assist the Staff 1: their evaluation of the
'SER Supplement.
It should be noted that the long term soils laboratory tests requested by the Staff are not yet completed; therefore, these results will be submitted in a subsequent report.
