Dear Dr. Terrell:
The Commission has completed the review of your recuest for an increase in fuel possession as stipulated in your letter dated April 30, 1980 and has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 7 to the Oklahoma University Operating Facility License No. R-53.
This amendment authorizes the Univers'ty of Oklahoma (U0) to increase possession limits of special nuclear materials (SNM) in connection with operation of its AGN-211 reactor to 1700 grams of contained U-235 enriched equal to or less than 20%. The amount of U-235 of 20% or less enriched fuel utilized in the reactor shall be not more than 900 grams.
