Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company Docket No. 50-374 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 17 through July 25, 1980, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncom-pliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is a deficiency.
10 CFR 50, Appendix B, Criterion V states, in part, " Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings, of a type appropriate to the circumstances and shall be accomp-lished in accordance with these instructions, procedures, or drawings."
Section 5 of the Commonwealth Edison Company Quality Assurance Program Topical Report CE-1-A Revision 10, dated September 28, 1979, requires adherence to procedures when performing activities affecting quality.
Contrary to the above, on July 1, 1980, the inspector determined that an installed temporary power supply to the Unit #2, Division 3 Battery Charger had not been recorded in the Temporary Feed Log as required by the procedure titled, " Guidelines for the Control of Temporary Feeds to Permanent Equipment," dated January 9, 1980. This condition was corrected on July 7, 1980.
