DAKers We have completed our review of jhe " Security Plan for Special Nuclear Ha-terials Security for the Cocoonwealth Edison Company, LaSalle County Station" submitted by your letter of July 28, 1980 and have determined that. With cer-tain changes, the plan meets the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67.
Accordingly, we are amending your License flos. SNM-1802 and SNM-1833 by adding the license conditions contained in the enclosure.
Your plan is required to be implemented by Septerr6er 21.1980 or thirty days after receipt of this letter, whichever is later.
We have determined that the encl'sures to your lettor of July 28. 1980 con-o tain Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d). Accordingly, they are, deemed to be comercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to public disclosure only in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.

= License Conditions The licensee shall follow the security plan entitled," Security Plan for Special. Nuclear Materials Security for Commonwealth Edison Company, La Salle County Station", Revision 1, dated July 16, 1980.
The licensee shall insure upon receipt of special nuclear material that,
- 1) the integrity of the container and seals is checked; and 2) the O
shipper is notified of the receipt of the material as required in 10 CFR 70.54.
The licensee shall submit, for NR'C approval, no less than 120' days prior to shipping,' exporting or importing special nuclear material, revisions to the approved security plan outlining the licensee's program to meet the requirements of 10 CFR 73.67(g).
