Dear Mr. Denton:
As requested by Mr. Bill Kane, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, acting for itself and agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, documents the fact that one (1) copy of the Radwaste Solidification System Instructicn Manual (Process Control Manual) has been delivered personally to Mr. Bill Kane for review by the NRC.
Mr. Bill Kane also requested a copy of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual.
This document is currently being written. A preliminary copy should be completed in early October, 1980 and a copy of it will be forwarded to the NRC as soon as possible.
