The Commission continueci its discussion of the proposed Policy, Planning and Program Guidance, as contained in the draft circulated by Commissioner Ahearne on April 17, 1981.
The Commission conpleted its review of the document and directed OPE to prepare a new draft, as revised at the meeting, and circulate the draft for Commissioner cocment.
