This refers to the meeting held at your corporate of fices in Columbia, South
Carolina on October 31, 1980, at our request.
This meeting was related to
activities authorized by NRC License No. CPPR-94 for the Summer facility.
Our evaluation as developed from the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance
(SALP) was presented and discussed. The results of this evaluation are included
in the enclosed inspection report.
It is our opinion that this meeting was particularly beneficial in that we were
able to present our evaluation of your activities, and in turn, you were able to
respond directly to these evaluations.
Your positive response to the presentation is appreciated and should enhance
communications with us in areas pertinent to safe reactor operations.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
