Inspection Report 70-1113/80-14 th He hava exe.ined your letters of October 17, 1989 and December 19, 1980, infoming us of actions you have taken or planned for correcting the violation identified in our recent inspection (70-1113/80-14) of activities under NRC License No. SNM-1097.
This particular type of violation has been cbserved periodically during routine inspections of your facility. Additional infomation is needed for us to ec71ete cur evaluation of the adequacy of your proposed corrective actions to prevent recurrences of this or similiar violations.
Detailed answers to the questions set forth in the enclosure will provide us with the infomation necessary to complete our evaluation.
Ife request that you submit to this office within twenty-five days of the date of this letter, the answers to the specific questions set forth in the enclosure.
