Solubility of Mono-Sol 7-0015-3 CWS Polyvinyl Alcohol Film

Dear Mr. Keppler:

In our letter dated December 4,1980, we stated that our Final Report on the subject deficiency would be submitted to your office by February 1, 1981.

As discussed with Mr. J. Konk11n on January 30, 1981, the investigation to determine the full extent of the problem and a method to assure satisf actory resolution is still under way. Until this investigation is completed, our Final Report cannot be prepared. It is anticipated that the evaluation will be completed so that a Final Report can be submitted by August 3, 1981.

Very truly yours, M
