BELLEFONTE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - ITT CONTROLS OF AW DAMPERS -
NCR BLN HEB 8001 - FOURTH INTERIM REPORT On March 19, 1980, Bruce Cochran, NRC-0IE Eecien II, was informed that the sub ject nonconformance was determined to be reportable in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our interim reports dated April 17, August 14, and September 23, 1980. Anerican Harming and Ventilating (AW) has yet to receive and approve the report being p: _ pared by I"T General Control Engineering Department. We expect to submit our next report by May 8, 1981. We consider 10 CFR Part 21 to be applicable to this nonconformiance.
