The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 30 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-54 for the Rancho Seco Nuclear Generating Station. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Speci-fications in response to your application dated August 11, 1980.
This anendment revises the Safety Limits and Limiting Safety System Settings Section of the Technical Specifications to pennit plant operation at a flux-to-flow ratio of 1.08. As previously agreed to by members of your staff, changes to your proposed amendment have been made to correct minor oversights.
Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
