Dear Mr. Abel:
Subject:
Q-List Review, LaSalle County Station, Unit Nos. I and 2
'We have completed our review of Section 3.2 of the FSal Safety Analysis Report for the structures, systems and compor, ants subject to you-Operational Quality Assurance Program (Q-List). We have identified certain deficMncies which resulted in the enclosed request for additional. information.
Our review is generally based on considerations for safety-related items in effect prior to the TMI-2 accident. We anticipate a need to supplement the final 0-List at a later date as full implementation of the TMI Action Plan occurs.
Please inform us after_ receipt of this letter of the date you can supply the requested information.
Please contact us if you desire any discussion or clarificatica of the enclosed request.
