In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Environmental Technical Specification 5.6.2.b, attached is the subject report concerning the Auxiliary Building Radwaste Area Radiation Monitor Sample Pump which was found to have a broken coupling during Mode 1 operation.
