-Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on May 1-31, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-44 as indicated below.
This item is an infraction.
A.
Technical Specification 6.8.1 requires in part:
" Written procedures and administrative policies shall be established, implemented, and maintained...."
Procedure A-30, " Plant Housekeeping Controls", Revision 1, dated January 14, 1980, states in part: " Housekeeping Requirements:

...The storage of equipment and material shall not impede accessibility of fire fighting equipment..."
Contrary to the above, the inspector identified the following conditions i
where fire fighting equipment accessibility was impeded:
1.
On May 7,1980, fire station 135-30, located in the-Recirculation 4
Pump M. G. Set Room, was obstructed by a large mobile tool cabinet.

On May 15, 1980, Fire Station -165-32, located on the 165 foot ele-i vation in the Reactor Building was obstructed by scaffolding mate-rial, a large cable reel and a ladder.
