(a) the bolting failums were limited to a local area in the original ahroud tube assembly and the otrer intemals cwps--J.s have not experienced significant degradation during the period of 12 years of reactor coemtien. (b) significant design im-pInvements have been incorporated into the new shroud tube asserbly, (c) necessary Mi&mti=A to facilitate installatim of the new assecbly will not significantly change 1::portant performnce characteristics, a:xi (d) the specified surveillance pigum for rmitoring the integrity of the new shroud tube amaamhly is aCCeptaDie.
