Licensee ffeeting No. IAL 80-28 This -refers to the meeting on August 5,1980 with Mr. Opeka and other members of your staff and Mr. J. Allan and members of my staff regarding the findings of an inspection of the Physical Protection Program at Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 & 2, by Mr. R. Shepherd.
With regard to the matters discussed during the meeting on August 5,1980, we understand that you have taken or agree to take the actions outlined in the attachment to this letter.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2 Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of findings of the control and accounting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the attachment to this letter will not be placed in the Public Document Room.
If your understanding of the planned actions is not in accordance with the attachment to this letter, please contact this office by telephone and in writing immediately.
