Dear Mr. Novak:

The Omaha Public Power District received the Commission's letter dated July 22, 1980, requesting that the Fort Calhoun Station Technical Specifications be reviewed and revised as necessary to address standard Technical Specifications for " iodine spiking" and primary and secondary coolant activity levels and analysis requirements. In response, the District has begun evaluating the standard specifications as compared to current Technical Specification requirements.

It is expteted that these evaluations vill be completed and an Application for Amendment of Facility Operai.ing License submitted by November 14, 1980.
