Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, herewith forwards forty-five (45) copies of FSAR changes to Section 2.5.
This information is being transmitted to you separately and outside the normal FSAR amendment process because of th r critical nature that the review of this material has on your Licensing schedule.
This submittal completes our response to all issues discussed at the July 30, 1980 meeting with NRC Staff in Bethesda, with the axception of the comparison of earthquake time histories to the floor response spectra.
That information will be provided as soon as possible.
The information transmitted by this letter will subsequently be incorporated into the FSAR by Amendment No. 21.
Due to the critical nature of this licensing issue, we request that a meeting be scheduled as soon as possible with the Staff to discuss any re-maining concerns on this matter.
