In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9.a, attached is the subject report concerning the failure for the power uncertainty bias terms within the core: protection calculators.

This LER is being submitted late due to an ad:ninistrative oversight which resulted in a delay in the preparation of this LER. The frequency of review of the LER status log will be increased to preclude future problems in this area.
