This refers to your letter dated July 9,1980, in re.sponse to our letter
dated June 18, 1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter.
These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
Based on a July 17, 1980 telephone conversation between Mr. P. Nason,

be directed to the permargent settling basin, thereby eliminating the
temporary basins.
