This refers to your letter dated July 3,1980, in response to our letter
dated June 9,1980.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions documented
in your letter. These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection
of your licensed program.
In addition, it is our understanding, based on a telephone discussion between
Mr. J. Ferguson of your staff and Mr. J. Serabian of this office on
July 16,1980, that the procedure modification for slurrying reactor coolant
letdown ion exchangers and the engineering study of the Volume Control
Tank (VCT) vent design and the Waste Gas Holdup System have been completed.
Also, we understand that the VCT vent system has been modified to limit flow.
