.The reason that 2C Diesel Generator failed to tie and supply 4160 Volt Bus 2G was du'e to instrument setpoint drift.

The relay was recalibrated and surveillance i

was performed with catisfactory results.

All Unit I and Unit II Diesel Generators use this type relay, G. E. flodel flo.121Cil51A2A.

Surveillance on other Diesel Generators was performed with satisfactory results.

!!o inherent problems were found during the generic review.
