NT0L Review Schedule (McGuire Nuclear Station, Units 1 and 2)

It is our understanding that the coastruction completion schedule for McGuire Unit I has slipped to October 27, 1980. Also, several significant requests for additional information remain unanswered including the augmented low-power startup test program. Our schedule for the completion of the review of your application for an operating license to pennit low-power testing is based on the receipt of all necessary information in a satisfactory form by September 3, 1980, which would allow issuance of Supplement No. 4 to the Safety Evaluation..

Report by October 1, 1980. Any delay in your submittal of satisfactory information will result in a comensurate delay in the completion of our review.

We urge you to take the required action to provide us with the rdquired informa-tion and commitments.
