APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION South Carolina Electric and Gas Company License No. CPPR-94 Summer Nuclear Station Based on the NRC inspection January 1-31, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by Criterion V of Appendix B to 10 CFR 50, and as implemented by South Carolina Electric and Gas Company FSAR 17.1.5, " Activities a'ffecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures or drawings.... and shall be accomplished in accordance with these instruc-tions, procedures and drawings."
V. C. Summer Start Up Manual Procedure SUM B-12, " Lifted Lead and Jumper Control' Section 7.1 states that the Shift Supervisor shall perform a monthly audit of the lifted lead and jumper log to determine if any discrepancies exist.
Contrary to the above, on January 2, 1980 there was no evidence that a monthly audit of the lifted lead and jumper log had ever been done.
This is an infraction.
