RE: Pilgrim I - Compliance.uith 10 CFR 50 Appendix J, Containment Leak Testing This letter transmits our final review of your submittals reg: rding Appendix J to 10 CFR 50. Please review the enclosed Safety Evaluation. Report (SER) and Technical Eyaluation Report (TER). Your leak testing program and the facility Technical Specifications vill require =odification to ensure co=pliance with the regulation. Accordingly, your sub=ittals of Jan 27, 1976 as modified on June 4, 1976 should be updated and resue=itted to propose the necessary Tech-nical Specifications. In the interim, until such Technical Specifications are approved by the NRC, you shculd co= ply with the findings of the SER/TER.
Please previde your response to this letter within 90 days of your receipt.
