The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 74 to Provisional Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1.
The amendment is in response to your applications dated March 20,1978, and February 26, 1981.
This amendment approves Appendix A Technical Specifications for local leak rate testing criterion which is consistent with Appendix J to 10 CFR Part 50.
Copies of our Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are enclosed.
