Dear itr. Schneider:
By letter dated October 24, 1980 we issued an Order For 11odification of License Concerning Environmental Qualification of Safety-Related Electrical Equipment.
This Order modified the Radiological Techni-cal Specifications for Salem Unit No. I by adding a new requirement "1" in Section 6.10 (Page 6-15) and by adding a new Section 6.13
" Environmental Qualification" (Page 6-16).
Subsequently, Page 6-16 was again revised by Amendment No. 28 dated December 9,1980.
Through administrative error, Pages 6-15 and 6-16 in Amendment No. 28 did not include the changes mandated by the Order of October 24, 1980.
I am enclosing new Pages 6-15 and 6-16 for Appendix A to Facility Operating License No. DPR-70 to rectify this mistake.
I am also enclosing a new Page 6-5 for Appendix A where, in Section 6.5.1.2, the title of the Radiation Protection Engineer. is corrected.
In Amendment No. 31, issued on January 6,1981, this title was listed as Radiological Protection Engineer.
