f APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Yankee Atomic Electric Company Docket No. 50-29 License No. DPR-3 Based on the results of the NRC inspecti6n of your facility on October 8-10, 1975, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your license as set forth below.
A.
Contrary to Technical Specification D.1 and items 5, 6, 7 and 8 of OP-3304, DERGENCY EQUIP 1ENT READINESS CHECK, the Energency Kit at the North Adams Hospital had not been inventoried as required during the first,,second or third quarters of 1975.
This is a Deficiency.
B.
Contrary to Technical Specification D.1 and item 3 of OP-3304, DERGENCY EQUIP'ENT READINESS CHECK, all sixteen (16) respirator aerosol cannisters contained in the kits prepared for use by monitoring team personnel were one sonth beyond the =anufacturer's
. designated usage expiration date.
This is a Deficiency.
The licensee replaced all sixteen (16) cannisters with unexpired units prior to co=pletion of the inspection.
