This is in response to your letter of June 11, 1980 to Mr. W. T. Crow concerning application Amendment N-8 which conveys your intent to construct a warehouse building.
The purpose of this letter is to inform you that prior to use of this building for storage of special nuclear material 'he Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan for the Wilmington plant must be modified. Sections of the plan where modification may be necessary include Table 7-1 and Figure 4-A.
We would be pleased to discuss this matter furth r with you if you deem it necessary.
