This refers to the meeting held at our request at the Philadelphia Electric
Company Offices, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on June 19, 1980 relating to activities
authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-44 and DPR-56.
This meeting was attended by
you, Mr. Kemper and others of you staff and by nayself and members of rqy staff.
The subjects discussed at this meeting included the results of an appraisal
board composed of NRC Region I personnel and the NRC:NRR Project Manager for
your facility.
It is our view that this meeting was beneficial and improved mutual understanding
of your program and our inspection efforts.
In accordance with Section 2.790, of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures
will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
