Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions

documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a

future inspection of your licensed program.

With regard to Item 2 of Appendix A to our referenced letter, based on

a telephone discussion on January 27, 1981 between Mr. R. L. Nimitz of

,

this office and Mr. E. A. Mulcahey of your staff, a precedure is to be

established by May 21, 1981 for performing air quality tests of the

breathing air supplied by the breathing air system. Additionally, based

on this same discussion, the test procedure will specify test frequencies

and test methods to be utilized.
