We are in receipt of your letter of January 13, 1981, in wnich you expressed cencarn about the snart turn around time for response to inspections. Please be advised that Mr. O'Hanlon's name was inadvertently left off tne distribution list. This acministrative oversignt has been corrected. Ccncerning your cements about Section 2.201 of 10 CFR, the ragulation dces authori:e the NRC staff to establish a different time frame for resconse. In view of the practical problems that you have expressed and for the sake of standardization in our reporting, the policy will be to require that a response be received within twenty five (25) days of the cate of the recort.
