Gentlemen:
This refers to the management meetings held on November 24, 1980 at the
Holiday Inn in Jackson, MI and on December 2 and 17, 1980 at the RIII offices
in Glen Ellyn, IL relative to activities authorized by NRC Construction Permit
No. CPPR-81 and No. CPPR-82 attended by myself and/or others of my staff and
by yourself and other members of your staff.
The subjects discussed during the meeting are included in the Office of Inspec-
tion and Enforcement Meeting Report.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title
10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and the enclosures will
be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
No reply to this letter is required; however, should you have any questions
concerning this matter, we will be pleased to discuss them with you.
