he Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 35 to Facility Operating License No. OPR-6 for'the Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your application dated Septemoer 25, 1980.
This amendment (1) removes the restrictions on allowable locations for auxiliary neutron sources, and (2) modifies the physical descrip-tion of the auxiliary neutron sources to allow the sources to be placed in the center of a fuel assembly rather than in the corner location previously used.
Copies of our related Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also e::.losed.
