This refers to the special inspection conducted by Dr. M. Shanbaky of
this office on September 15 - October 27, 1980, of activities authorized
by NRC License No. DPR-73 and to the discussions of our findings held by
Dr. Shanbaky with Mr. J. Brasher of your staff at the conclusion of the

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the Office of

Within.the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were

However, the recovery quarterly progress report (QPR) for the
third quarter of 1980 which you submitted to this office October 15, 1980,.

Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and
