This meeting was related to activities autho- rized by NRC License Nos. NPF-2 and NPF-8 for the Farley facilities. Our evaluation as developed from the Systematic Assessment of Licensee Performance (SALP) was presented and discussed. The results of this evaluation are included in the enclosed inspection report. It is our opinion that this meeting was particularly beneficial in that we were able to present our evaluation of your activities, and in turn, you were able to respond directly to these evaluations. Your positive response to the presentation is appreciated and should enhance communications with us in areas pertinent to safe reactor operations. , In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulation's, a copy of this letter and the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Docuwent Room.
