item of noncompliance identified in IE Inspection Report Nc.. 50-305/80-25,
transmitted to you by our letter dated December 12, 1980.
Your response does not adequately address corrective action regarding that
item. A discussior. of the specifics of your response is included in the
enclosure to this letter.
We request that you provide, within ten days of the receipt of this letter,
a written statement or explanation for this item of noncompliance (1) cor-
rective action taken and the results achieved; (2) corrective act!on to be
taken to avoid noncompliance; and (3) the date when full compliance will
be achieved.
The information contained in the enclosure to this letter is exempt from
disclosure under the provisions of Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules
of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations. Therefore,
the enclosure to this letter and your response will not be placed in the
Public Document Room.
Your response should be submitted as a separate enclosure to your trans-
mittal letter.
