Inspection 70-371/80-07 This refers to your letter dated November 17, 1980, in response to our letter dated November 5,1980.
This also refers to the telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. P. Knapp, Chief of the Radiation Support Section of this office on December 11, 1980.
It has been concluded that Item A. Appendix A of our letter dated May 15, 1980 stands as an item of noncompliance. We understand that to prevent recurrence of this item, future assignments to conduct the annual audit will include specific instructions to meet the requirements of License No. SNM-368 with particular attention to Section 2.7.4 of Part I of your license application which was incorporated into it.
With regard to Item B, we understand that " Building B South" was properly posted at the time of the inspection. Therefore, this item is hereby withdrawn.
These items will be examined during a subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
If our understanding of the above is not correct, please inform us.
