Dear Mr. Denton:
South Carolina Electric and Gas Company (SCE6G), acting for itself and agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, provides forty-five (45) copies of the Human Factors Engineering Evaluation and Improvement of the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station Control Room - Phase I.
As indicated in the Program Plan for this effort, which was transmitted to you on 11/21/80, this report describes the backfits which are being implemented to correct the discrepancies identified in the NRC audit and the Essex preliminary evaluation.
Justification is provided for those items which were determined not to warrant improvement.
