Dear Mr. Denton:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.30 (c) (1) (1), South Carolina Electric & Gas Company, acting for itself and as agent for South Carolina Public Service Authority, herewith files sixty-three (63) sets of Amendment No. 23 of the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) for the Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station. The material sub-mitted contains three (3) signed originals and sixty (60) conformed copies thereof.
This amendment includes material which addresses the requirements of NUREG 0737.~ ---.
An index identifying the location of where the requirements are discussed is pro-vided in Chapter 1.
Discussio for each item are provided in various FSAR sections or in separate letters previously transmitted to the NRC.
