We have received a copy of your application dated November 5,1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR) for review.
The application requested one-time extension of the end dates for performing certain inspections, surveillances and tests required by the Technical Specifications for your Brunswick 1 and 2 facilities (Licenses DPR-71 and DPR-62). Your application was accompanied by two Class II amendment fees totalling $2,400 because you determined that the requested changes are administrative in nature.
Based on infonnation that has been provided by the OHRR staff as a result of a preliminary review of your application, it has been determined that the above application involves consideration of a safety issue. As such, a Class III fee of $4,000 is applicable for one unit and a duplicate Class I fee of $400 is applicable for the other unit. Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit at: additional sum of $2,000 to this office.
If the final review of your application by the ONRR staff reflects that these fees are incorrect, an Ljustment will be made.
