REPLY TO APPENDIX A 0F NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-317/80-15; 50-318/80-14 The procedure used to measure rack to rack and rack to wall clearance was inadequate. An improved procedural format set forth by CCI 217,
" Plant Modification Procedures", which adds two additional levels of i
review has been approved and will be used for future work of this nature. This new procedural format was used for the successful repositioning of racks 1, 2, and 3.
