- dentificd an an open iter in the recent MFC Elcctrical/TEC nud.ft of Virgil C. Suc=cr Nuclear Station and a topic of discussion at the January 7, 1981 ceeting in Bethesda was the application of IEE-80-06.
In response to your concerns, South Carolina Electric and Gas Coupany will review all engineering safety features (ESF) control circuits with respect to deficien-cies in bypass, overri.'e and reset of ESF action. This review will be based en IEB-80-06 and Criterion No. 1 of your May 14, 1980 letter. Any deviations from these criteria vill be justified or corrected. SCE&G will also perform testing to confirm the conclusions of the review.
