TENNESSEE VAulY AUTdORITY - SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLAhT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-327 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRD-50-327/80191 The enclosed report provides details concerning the failure of a component cooling water pump motor circuit breaker to close due to a blewn fusa in the control circuit. This resulted in the plant entering the action statapeat of LCO 3.7.3.1 and is reportable under unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.13.b.
