TEMNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - SEQUOYAH NGCLEAR PLANT UMIT 1 - DOCEET NO. 50- 327-PACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR EEPORTARLE OCCURRENCE REPORT SQRO-50-327/80195 The enclosed report providea details concerning the discovery that interlocks on the emergency feeder breaker to the 6.9-kV shutdown boards would allow the diesel generator to connect to the shutdown boards without operating the load stripping relays.
