'E.LDING OF STRUCTURAL STEEL ANNULUS FLOOR FRAMING - NCR 1173 - THIRD I!EERIM REPORT The subject nonconformance was initially reported to URC-CIE Inspector R. W. Wright cn April 15, 1980, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was folicwed by our interim reports dated May 15 and July 30, 1980.
Enclosed is our third intorim repcrt. We expect to submit our next written repcet by February 20, 1981.

THIRD INTERIM REPORT i
i Description of Deficiency The welding inspector completed visual inspection records for welds of structural steel annulus floor framing before the welds had been made.
Interim Pregress 1
TVA is finalizing its record search to identify inspections for which the 4
welding inspector was responsible. Spot checks will then be made to determine if the condition was generic, isolated, or over a particular period of time.
