Appendix B NOTICE OF DEVIATION Commonwealth Edison Docket No. 50-10 Company Docket No. 50-237 Docket No. 50-249 Based on the inspection conducted on March 2, 3, 7, 8, 14-16, 22, 23, 27 and 28, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not in accordance with commitments, codes, standards, guides or acceptable practices, as note / Lelow.
In a response (Turbak to Keppler, dated November 30, 1977) to IE Inspection Report No. 50-010/77-33, No. 50-237/77-29, and No. 50-249/
77-27, the licensee committed to conduct training classes for all persons involved with the review and authorization of modifications in accordance with DAP 5-1, 9-1 and QP 5-51 and 3-51.
This training was to be completed by March 1, 1978.
Contrary to the above commitment, the inspector determined that on March 16, 1978, the training program had not been Laplemented. The licensee again committed to start the training on March 27, 1978.
On March 28, 1978, the inspector determined that the training pro-gram has been implemented, therefore no further response to this deviation is required.
