This refers to the meeting held on May 2, 1978, at the Co=monwealth
Edison Corporate office in Chicago, Illinois between Mr. James G. Keppler

purpose of discussing activities at the three operating Commonwealth
Edison Nuclear Generating Stations.
The enclosed copy of our meeting report identifies areas discussed
during the meeting.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements i:are identified as
a result of this meeting.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2, Title 10. Code of Federal Regulaticns, a copy of this
letter and the enclosed meeting repcrt will be placed in the
NRC's Public Document Room, except as follows.

twenty days of your receipt of this letter, to withhold such
